What is marble and why it has been prized for millennia
Marble is a metamorphic rock formed when limestone recrystallised under high pressure and temperature. That process gives marble its famous quality — depth: light penetrates the surface layer of the stone and reflects back, so marble seems to glow from within. The stone of palaces and sculpture — unsurpassed to this day.

How to care for marble
Wipe with a soft cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner, remove acidic liquids (wine, citrus juice) immediately, use trivets and coasters. Renew the protective sealant every 1–2 years — a service we offer. With proper care, marble lives beautifully for decades.

Yes, on certain conditions: it needs sealing, trivets and quick removal of acid stains. If you want the look of marble without the maintenance, look at marble-effect quartz or ceramic — we show them side by side in the showroom.
What is the difference between Bianco Carrara and Arabescato?
Bianco Carrara has an even light-grey background with soft veining; Arabescato has bold, contrasting veins on a white background. Both are Italian classics; the choice depends on the character of the interior.
How much does a marble countertop or fireplace cost?

Is marble suitable for bathrooms and showers?
